i confess that i cheat on my girlfriend all the time, i just cant stop. well been together over 3 years and i have been with other girls more than 20 times. i am really ashamed of my self and i dont know what to do about it.

I wanna use tampons, but I don't wanna put it UP.. I have have sex, but I don't wanna put IT UP there.. Basically I'm afraid of the thing of putting something up in my vagina. What can I do about it? I am in love with my best friend, even thou it makes her sad. She has, and has had, a hard time in the two years I have known and loved her. But she doesn’t love me back the way I hope she would.
